Reservations
Currently,
we are accepting reservations by the methods below.
General
Guidelines for Reservations and things to keep in mind:
Camping opens on April
18 (tentative) and closes on October 21 (tentative).
When reserving for Memorial Day weekend, it is required to reserve
at least 3 nights at the kampground.
When reserving for the Fourth of July, it is required to reserve
at least 4 nights at the kampground.
When reserving for Labor Day, it is required to reserve at least
3 nights at the kampground.
During any weekend, you will be required to reserve at least
2 nights at the kampground.
Phones are answered at KOA starting the first monday in March,
Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM.
All Campsites
require a $50.00 deposit up front on weekends, and one night up front
for weekday stays.
Kabins, Trailers, the Suite, the Treehouse, and Pop-up Rentals
require 2 (two) nights payment up front on weekends, and one night up
front for weekday stays
as deposit.
For
a reservation for a campsite,
send a 50.00 (fifty) dollar deposit, check or money order. This deposit
is for ONE site. If you want more than one site, you must send a separate
deposit for EACH site. A deposit will hold a site until 9 a.m. the following
morning after the reservation has been made.
Cancellation
Policy for campsites on Weekday Stays: If your reservation is cancelled
with more than 48 hours notice (48 hours before your scheduled arrival),
there will be a $10.00 cancellation fee, and the remainder will be refunded.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, the ENTIRE deposit will
be forfeited.
Cancellation
Policy for campsites on Weekend Stays: If your reservation is cancelled
less than 24 hours after the reservation has been made, there will be
a $10.00 cancellation fee, and the remainder will be refunded. If your
reservation is cancelled after 24 hours after making the reservation,
there will be a $25.00 cancellation fee, and the remainder will be refunded.
If you cancel with less than one week's (7 days) notice, the ENTIRE deposit
will be forfeited.
For
a reservation for a Kabin, Trailer, Suite, or Treehouse,
send two nights up front (check the Rates page
if you are unsure of costs). This deposit is for ONE rental unit. If you
are renting more than one rental unit, you must send a deposit for EACH
site. A deposit will hold a site until 9 a.m. the following morning after
the reservation has been made.
Cancellation
Policy for Kabins, Trailers, Suite and Treehouse on Weekday Stays:
If your reservation is cancelled with more than 7 days (one week's) notice
(7 days before your scheduled arrival), there will be a $10.00 cancellation
fee, and the remainder will be refunded. If you cancel with less than
7 days notice, the ENTIRE deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation
Policy for Kabins, Trailers, Suite and Treehouse on Weekend Stays:
If your reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours after the reservation
has been made, there will be a $10.00 cancellation fee, and the remainder
will be refunded. If your reservation is cancelled after 24 hours after
making the reservation, there will be a $50.00 cancellation fee, and the
remainder will be refunded. If you cancel with less than one week's (7
days) notice, the ENTIRE deposit will be forfeited.
These guidelines are
not flexible, these are necessary for ALL campers, not just campers new
to Monroe KOA
To reserve by phone...
The phone numbers
you may call to make a reservation are (734) 856-4972 and (800) KOA-7646.
Phones are answered at KOA starting the first Monday in March,
Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM.
Have
a credit card ready for the deposit, as outlined in the general guidelines
above. The reservation cannot be made over the phone without a
credit card.
To reserve by mail...
This option is only available
between January 1st and March 1st. We do not accept mail reservations
during the season.
Include your check-in
Date
Include your check-out Date
Also include your first, second, and third choice of a site
location
Include a
check or money order for a deposit, following the guidelines above. This
is required to make a deposit through the mail.
To reserve by Internet...
Internet Reservations will begin on November 1st.
A credit card is required to make an Internet reservation, no
exceptions.
Internet Reservations are made in Real Time. When the process is finished,
your site will be reserved and your card will be charged the reservation
deposit.
