The
Age requirement is 21. The
Age requirement for holiday weekends is 25.
All
campers on a site must meet this requirement if not
accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
This policy is not flexible - we will not
allow a group of people under age to camp, whether
it be a parent paying for the site, only one member
of the group being of age, or an of-age adult dropping
the campers off. All campers staying without a parent
or legal guardian must be age 21 or older. This is
to ensure that there is a level of responsiblity on
each campsite. |

| Additional
tents and camping equipment may set up on your site.
There is no additional charge, but all equipment must
be within your site boundaries. Additional tents,
trailers, etc, are not be set up on vacant lots. |

| 3. |
| Campfires
are permissible only within the fire rings. Fire rings
cannot be moved so watch how you set up your camping
unit. |
|
| 4. |
| Check
out time is at 2:30 p.m. for camp sites and 11:00
a.m. for cabins and trailer rentals. |
|
| 5. |
| Parents
are responsible for their children at all times.
Parents must camp and stay with their children
at all times. Children may not be left alone
on the campground without their parents. Children
18 and younger must be at their parents campsite
from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. |
|
|
| 6. |
| Wagon
Rides are given daily during the summer season, except
on Fridays. Wagon rides start around 6:30 p.m. (weather
permitting). |
|
| 7. |
| Horseshoes
are permitted ONLY west of the playground in the designated
fenced area. |
|
| 8.
|
| Pets
are welcome! Pet rules are as follows: Must
be kept on a leash at all times

up after

out of buildings
Kept
away from swimming lake and playground areas
May
swim in the fishing lake
Dogs
must not bark excessively
May
not be left unattended for long periods
May
not be brought into our rental units. This
includes Camping Kabins, Rental Trailers, the Sweet
Suite, and Rental Pop-Up Trailers. Bringing a pet
into a rental unit will incur a $100.00 fine and
loss of the security deposit. |

| Quiet
Hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., no noise should
be heard beyond your campsite. |
|
| 10. |
| Any
radios or stereos must not be heard beyond 50 feet
at any time. |
|
| 11. |
| No
fireworks that make noise or lift off the ground. |
|
| 12. |
| Trash
is to be placed in nearby large dumpsters. There is
no site-to-site trash pickup service. Tanks may be
dumped at one of two dump stations available on the
grounds. There is no site-to-site sewage service. |
|
| 13. |
| Swimming
hours are from daylight to dusk. There are no lifeguards
on duty, swim at your own risk. Children 17 years
and younger MUST be accompanied by a parent or grandparent. |

| 14. |
| Campers
and visitors must display a valid car pass on rear
view mirror. The pass may be obtained at the guard
shack or KOA store for a fee. Campers are responsible
for their guests. All visitors must leave the park
by 10:00 pm., or pay for an overnight pass. |

| 15. |
| One
picnic table is provided per site. This includes Cabin
and Rental Trailer lots. |
|
| 16. |
| Only
manual-powered boats are allowed in either lake -
no motorized water vehicles. |
|
| 17. |
| No
moped, dirt bikes, ATC, ATV, snowmobiles, motorbikes,
golf carts (except staff and prearranged handicap
carts) are allowed on the grounds. |
|
| 18. |
| No
generators - the noise generated creates a disturbance. |
|
| 19. |
| No
vehicles cruising around park. We prefer transporation
to be kept to a minimum for a safer environment. The
speed limit for the campground is 5 miles per hour.

| 20. |
| Alcoholic
beverages are permitted, but are not allowed in the
playground, waterslide, store, swimming, or fishing
areas. |
|
| 21. |
| The
management assumes no responsibility for accidents,
injuries or losses from any cause. |
|
| 22. |
| No
Metal Detecting is allowed on the premises, either
on land or in water. |
|
| 23. |
|
The management reserves the right to evict anyone
for behavior fournd to be detrimental to the Campground. |
